Patty Arvielo Nominated for "Latinas in Business" Award
New American Funding, a national mortgage banker, announces the nomination of their President, Patty Arvielo, for the “Latinas in Business” Awards as honored by the National Latina Business Women Association, Los Angeles chapter.
NLBWA is an organization whose mission is to encourage Latinas to develop their business and professional skills through education, business referrals, networking, and building relationships. Awards were presented at the 12th Annual Awards Gala on Wednesday June 24, 2015, honoring women of excellence and outstanding leadership.
“So proud to be considered for this award, I have so much respect for my peers and what they are doing for our community of professional Latinas”, commented Arvielo.
As last year’s winner of the NLBWA’s Entrepreneur Leader of the Year award, Arvielo was not eligible to win in this year’s ceremony. Arvielo continues to show her support of NLBWA’s mission by supporting efforts for mentoring Latinas in the community, as well as her dedication to New American Funding’s Latino Focus Committee.
